It's a Family Business

San Diego Chiropractic care runs in the family.   The Sheridan family is happy to say that four brothers are all chiropractors in surrounding area.  Dr. Shane practices Chiropractic in San Marcos and Dr. Alex has a Chiropractic Clinic in Corona.  Of course, Dr. Sean and Dr. Shamus continue to practice in Menifee.  All brothers are passionate about their work and enjoy the fact that they mostly treat patients who are committed to wellness.  The brothers agree that it is a joy to encourage and keep patients on a wellness plan.

Educating the Community

The doctors and staff at Sheridan Chiropractic care continue to give back to the community and sponsor weekly health seminars in and outside the office.  You will often find Dr. Sean educating the local community on health issues such as benefits of proper posture and how regular San Diego chiropractic care reduces your risk for back injuries which can result in extend years of unnecessary back pain, neck pain and muscle pain.   

Dr. Sean also stresses the importance of stretching and proper diet - both of which improve overall well-being. Dr. Sean and Dr. Shamus are strong advocates of staying on target with a wellness plan which includes proper diet, adequate sleep and chiropractic care to keep a healthy spine and healthy mind.

Speaking Engagement at Heritage High School

Dr. Shamus recently spoke to the students at Heritage High School regarding health issues and problems such as Neck Pain, Back Pain, Sciatica and Knee Injuries.  Gonzalo is a student at Heritage High School who suffered from ADD and also runs Cross Country for the Varsity Team.  

After receiving San Diego Chiropractic care, he has had improvement with his P.B. (Personal Best) time and has noticeable improvements with ADD.
